This page describes how to create a new email/message in Reamaze.
Example Scenario/s:
When creating a separate message for a particular customer to avoid confusion especially when the scenario consists of multiple individuals
When writing to a customer as a separate thread
If a customer requests an email other than via Messenger
Steps
1. Click New at the upper-left area of Reamaze
2. Fill-up the form / dialog box
Under FROM: select appropriate business i.e. Beer Cartel Support , Brewquets Support
Under RECIPIENTS: enter the necessary email address(es)
Enter an appropriate SUBJECT i.e. "RE: Order# 123456 Damaged Parcel"
Compose email accordingly
Hit Send
This new message will save as a regular email ticket on Reamaze
