Live Dashboard is the more traditional "live agent" experience. This allows you to engage customers in real time but in a completely synchronized manner. This means the agent and the customer must both be online at the same time in order to chat.
As customers or guest users start browsing your website or app, Reamaze Live Dashboard will start recording their identities and activities.
At any given moment, teammate can choose to message the customer or guest user with a real-time Cue. Because the Reamaze Live Dashboard requires the installation of the Reamaze JS, the messaging capabilities of the Live Dashboard exist in the form of Cues.

Sent Live Cue Messages can be seen as events and the message content is reviewable by hovering over the event listing.
Recipients of messages sent from the Live Dashboard will receive a notification while they're actively browsing and messages can be responded to through the Reamaze awaiting section.
