6. Setting Online Orders to Dispatched / Shipped in BigCommerce

New process for setting online orders to dispatched in Bigcommerce (massfulfill)

1. Go to http://online.auspost.com.au and log in as Beer Cartel

2. Click Search then Search for Manifests

If any dates are in the Created Date fields, delete these

3. In the Actual Dispatch Date, set the from and to date to today's date.

4. Click Export Data

5. Save the exported file in the Aus Post folder

6. Open the Australia Post Macro file. Then go to Shipped Items.

7. Click Browse Manifest CSV. Choose the manifest file that was created today. Then click Process Manifest.

8. You'll see the file as Beer Cartel Tracking (with date and time) in the AusPost folder.

9. Log in to Big Commerce. Click on Orders > Tracking numbers

10a. Tick the box next to "Override Existing Details" (now needed since 27-4-20 due to bug in system)

10b. Under Import File, choose the Tracking file.

11. Click "Next" twice > Start Import

12. Once imported, you'll see the imported tracking numbers in Orders.

To track a shipped order, go to orders and copy the tracking number.

Paste the tracking number in the Track Your Items page of Australia Post website. Then, click Track.

Manual Process

Process for manually setting an individual or small number of online orders to dispatched ("Shipped") in Bigcommerce.

1. Login to Bigcommerce

2. Go to Orders

3. Select the radio box for all orders being dispatched

4. In the horizontal navigation bar click Choose Action > Shipped > Confirm

5. You will receive a message Order Update in Process
