The process of processing Brewquets orders is as follows:
Pre-printing check list
1. Check in reamaze that overnight or in the morning there have not been any customer enquiries with regards to address changes etc. Make amendments where necessary
2. Check the Brewquets order tagger report Google sheet to see if any tags are missing (in particular delivery date tags for Specific Day deliveries) This can be accessed here.
Things to look for in the Order Tagger Report Google Sheet.
Blue cells - means no tags were carried across, however, this is almost always due to the lag between order being placed, order tagger app tagging and the Google script running. If you search for the order in the sheet it will usually appear as a duplicate a few rows down and have the appropriate tags.
Yellow cells - this is for Specific Day delivery orders where the date tag is missing. These customers need to be contacted via reamaze re preferred delivery date. And once reply is received their order date tags updated accordingly.
Note: each time a tag is updated / changed in an order in Shopify it will automatically pull across again in the Google sheet. e.g. if you change / add the "follow up" tag in Shopify and click save it will pull across again.
Printing and Packing Orders Steps
1. Print orders
2. Pick orders
3. Check orders by second person
4. Pack and label orders
5. Dispatch in Aust Post
6. Set orders to "Fulfilled" in Shopify
NOTE: previously used order filters in Shopify, these may or may not be used again in the future but have been removed from the current store to remove clutter and noise.
Fathers Day = Open Orders + Payment Any + Tagged with Fathers Day
Next Day Delivery = Open Orders + Payment Any + Tagged with Next Day Delivery
Valentines Day Delivery = Open Orders + Payment Any + Tagged with Valentines Day Delivery
Valentines Day Brewquet = Open Orders + Payment Any + Tagged with Valentines Day Brewquet
