Search for a transaction

1. Grab the order number/name from Big Commerce

2. Go to Braintree and paste order number/name in the search field.

3. Click the ID hyperlink 

4. You'll be able to differentiate the Payment method being used by looking at the logo right nex to the payment method. For transactions made through Paypal, you'll only have 2  options: print Receipt and Refund.

5. For transactions paid using a credit card, you'll have 3 options: Receipt, Clone and Refund
