Shopify & AusPost Macro
1. In Shopify under orders select the orders to be dispatched.
2. Click export
3. Choose selected orders
4. Click export orders
5. Save to Brewquet/Delivery/Australia Post/Todays Date (Note you will have to create the folder)
6. Open Excel Macro Brewquets_Macro_AUPost_V4
7. Click Browse Orders CSV
8. Once run you will get the message Orders processed successfully and ready for update - click OK
9. In the Delivery Comments box remove any comments that do not specifically relate to delivery of the order e.g. remove any giftcard comments, comments about not including pricing etc - note delivery comments will only appear where Authority to Leave is selected. For any other delivery comments these can be hand-written on the label once printed.
10. For any order where the delivery comment indicates Authority To Leave (e.g. leave at front door if not home) you must select YES for Authority to Leave
11. Apply the following weights:
For Small Brewquets change weight to 2
For Big Brewquets change weight to 4
12. Once the weights have all been updated and Yes selected where Authority to Leave exists then scroll to the right and cast your eye over the address/recipient fields and correct anything that is incorrect / looks odd, e.g. street address that has been imported as a date by excel because the customer has placed their street number in one field and street name in a second field.
13. Now click Create eParcel CSV - this will then create an eParcel file in Dropbox\Brewquets\Delivery\AUSTRALIA POST MANIFEST CREATOR\MONTH\TODAY's DATE e.g. Brewquets_eParcel_24122015_1105AM
Australia Post Browser
1. Login into Australia Post https://online.auspost.com.au/eParcel/common/auth/login.do
Username: BEERCARTELPL
Password: Draught1
2. In Popular Links click on Import Reference File or alternatively go to Reference Date > Import Reference File
17. Select Import Consignment File - click Choose File and then select the eParcel File created at step 14 e.g. BeerCartel_eParcel_24122015_1105AM
3. Untick Assign all Consignments to the next Manifest
4. Click Import
5. You should then receive a message such as The file with 7 records imported. - If there are errors you will see a message An error/warning occurred during the import. Please check the log file for more details these can be viewed by clicking View Log File - errors often relate to incorrect suburbs when matched against postcodes, or usage of the city rather than the suburb e.g. Sydney 2064, (should be Artarmon 2064). Once you have an idea of the errors then click Back.
6. In the Top Menu click Consignments > View Consignments (Not Dispatched)
7. For the orders that have a error icon (Red circle with white x) - click on these individually by clicking their Consignment number.
8. Update the order as required to ensure the address makes sense - if the City has been used instead of the suburb simply click on the Suburb e.g. Sydney - the system should then show the correct suburb e.g. Artarmon (for postcode 2064). Sometimes the suburb may have the postcode out by one digit e.g. 2065 Artarmon. In these cases where it is difficult to determine the correct suburb and postcode, then try typing in the street address to Google e.g. 9/87 Reserve Rd - this should then show the correct Suburb/Postcode - Once updated click Save Cons at the bottom left of the screen. If still unsure contact the customer.
8b. If an order has an error symbol that is a circle with an A in it then this is because Australia Post has had difficulty finding this in their system - it does not mean that the order is totally incorrect but should be sense checked via Google.
9. For any order that had more than 3 parcels then click on the order - in the Actual (kg) box at the bottom left of the screen add the weight for the next parcel and click Save. Repeat for each additional parcel.
10. For any deliveries where there was a delivery comment but no authority to leave, this can be entered by typing into the address boxes for that order.
11. Once done on the View Consignments Not Despatched click Ref No.1 and check that all orders are sorted from lowest invoice number to highest.
11. Select all Brewquet orders by clicking their individual tickbox, then click Labels and OK
12. Look at the screen Print Preview and compare this against the printed orders. Individually scan through each individual order to check that it has the correct full address (sometimes long addresses are cut-off) and correct delivery instructions including the message Signature NOT Required where the customer has given authority to leave the parcel at the premises without signature.
13. If this file is all ok then load the printer with the number of Australia Post sheets that match the total pages required, untick then retick Fit to Page (this alters how the labels fit to the page) and click Print. If printing on the big computer (Canon) select Multi-Tray as page source as this is where the labels are loaded.
13b. If an individual order needs to be updated - Cancel and close the print preview - click on the individual Consignment Number that needs updating and once more click Save Cons. Click Ref No.1 twice to ensure that the orders are in numerical order from lowest to highest. Select all orders once more and completed steps 11-13.
14. Labels can now be applied to parcels.
15. Once all Beer Cartel orders have been dispatched and Brewquets orders packed then select all Brewquet orders by clicking the select select all tickbox, then click Assign > OK.
16. Finally click Despatch.

6. Two pages will print out. Sign the second page in the space next to where it says ‘Sender’s Signature’. This must be signed for Aus Post to accept it.

Process Complete.

For Express Delivery Australia Post cannot indicate that the parcel contains alcohol. While we tried adding a message in we have since taken this out.
To add this back into the address in Australia Post macro go to Module 3. It should then say:
If PT = "7I55" Then
.Range("H" & ORw + 1).Value = "CONTAINS ALCOHOL-ID25"
