0:02 This video, we're gonna have a quick overview of just the sales tab and how the views work. So what we're gonna do is we're gonna come over to the sales and we're just gonna search sales.
0:12 So this is a list of all the sales. Oh. So what we're gonna do is make sure we come over here and go all sales first.
0:19 So this is a list of all the sales that are currently coming into Deere. What we can see is sales rep is how we can define where the sale's coming from.
0:29 Currently, if it's on Joel, it's actually the pods. The website sales is coming from the beer cartel website, the big commerce.
0:37 And then we'll also see bks, which is coming from the Shopify BK store. Each one column has a reference number, which is the order id.
0:46 So on big commerce or Shopify, you'd be able to search for these and, and find it. You can then see who the customer was.
0:56 So if it's a, a pos one, it just goes via cartel pause when the order date was. But the real key thing here is, is these are like icons.
1:03 So they, what these are, are the step by step kind of pathway that an order will take. If it's orange, it's on kind of not completed.
1:12 If it's green, it's completed. So first one is fulfilled is, so the first one is ordered, then you got fulfilled, then you've got invoiced and you've got paid.
1:22 So what we can see on this one here, for example, is that it's invoices paid, it's ordered, but it's not fulfilled.
1:28 This one is one where there'll be an overstock and we wouldn't, weren't able to fulfill it. This one down here will also be another overstock.
1:37 But it's a really good way of seeing whether or not it is a completed order. So we want four greens.
1:43 If there's not, there's something we need to do for that order. What we can do though, is we can come over here and we can actually search and filter.
1:50 So if we go back ordered, the back ordered ones are gonna be the products that all have this fulfillment in orange, which means that it can't fulfill the order because of a various reasons, mainly because there's not gonna be enough stock.
2:02 So these are the ones that we need to come and do as per video of the back orders and outta stock.
2:07 And these kind of resolve those. We're also able to, if we get down the path of looking at draft quotes, so if we do, we can quote up.
2:15 And there's different kind of, of methods here. If for some reason you also need to batch batch do something, what you can do is you can select these.
2:27 So say you're doing a whole lot of draft orders and you want to batch them and batch fulfill 'em, is that you can come in here and you can authorize them, authorize the pick, pack, ship, the invoice, or the full sale completion so you don't have to go into individual ones.
