Just Like any other company we also get payment disputes on Beer cartel. We need to check for Disputes on daily basis on payment gateways.
In order to check Disputes we need to log in to the Payment gateways first
Braintree
Once logged in Click on Disputes Tab on Menu
Reply to the respective chargeback accordingly with Proof of delivery and your comments.
Afterpay
Once logged in Click on Disputes and Chargeback Tab on Menu
