When a beer club pack is returned because it is unclaimed but a customer the following email needs to be sent to the customer - changing details that are highlighted. The in store pick up part is only relevant if the customer is in Sydney.
You can search for their order confirmation email using their order number (found on the Australia Post label on the returned parcel) and then forward this back to them, CC'ing [email protected]
Hi [CUSTOMERS NAME],
We have had [RECIPIENTS NAME]'s [MONTH] Beer Club Pack returned to us unclaimed. We can resend this out again however please note there is a $9.99 re-delivery fee and a $10 processing and handling charge which is passed onto us from Australia Post. Please let us know if you would like us to go ahead with this. Alternatively the parcel can be collected from our Sydney warehouse (9 / 87 Reserve Rd Artarmon).
If there are any other changes to the delivery details, please let us know and we will get these updated for you.
Packs are held up to 30 days if no instructions are provided.
