Items that need to be done on an ongoing basis:
Weekly - update scorecard on the Monday of each week.
Monthly - update scorecard once all beer club packs have been dispatched. Update with the figures found in the excel spreadsheet.
Ongoing - beer club cancellations / customer enquiries / change of address details / change of credit card details etc
Ongoing - adding to potential beer list of beers for future packs
Monthly Timeline Process - the number at the start of each item represents the day of the month.
8th: Create & Copy and paste generic beer club folders
8th - 10th: Decide on beers that will feature next month
16th: Run forecast for each beer and order beers from suppliers
17th til end of month: Receive beers into warehouse
20th: Write beer club booklet
28th: Create beer club packing templates
28th - 30th: RSA sales entry
28th: Palletise each template on a separate pallet in warehouse
29th: Estimate number of boxes to make up
29th-2nd: Pack beer club packs
1st: Expired beer club report and filter/print emails and sort printed hard copies of orders.
3rd - 6th: Dispatch beer club packs
6th: Send SMS notification to those that are in store pick customers
6th: Adjust RSA stock levels
7th: Place printed templates / cancelled / expired subscriptions in box
7th: Post Beer Club Booklet Article to Blog
7th: Update past beers page on website with beers that just featured in Beer Club
