Custom Packs

When putting an order custom pack through RSA for a custom order follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the order has been entered online through Big Commerce back end adding any relevant notes such as the beers that are included, freight costs, delivery addresses etc.

2. Go to PLU 34703 in RSA

3. Create the recipe based on what beers you are including in the custom pack. Also include the type of cardboard boxes, divider and booklet is being used.

4. Change the sell price so that GP is accurate

5. Process like a normal online order through RSA, charging to the Beer Cartel charge account.

6. Go back to the PLU and remove the recipe
