Creating a Custom Collector in Survey Monkey

Note: A collector URL address can be reused from one year to the next. Simply enter in the same URL when creating the collector and then when asked choose update URL.

1. Log in to https://www.surveymonkey.com

2. Select New Collector and click Web Collector

3. Change the Collector Nickname to "Custom Collector"

4. Change the web link name to "Custom Collector". Click Save.

5. Under Multiple Responses, choose "On"

6. Under Response Editing, it should be "On, until survey complete" (Default)

7. Click Show Advanced Options and add in a custom disqualification message. Select On, show a custom message to disqualified respondents. Under the custom box, type:

"Thank you for your response. Unfortunately we are only talking to [SPECIFIC PEOPLE].

8. Under Survey End Page, select On, show a custom end page upon survey completion and enter https://www.beercartel.com.au/ or specific landing page e.g. http://craft.beercartel.com.au/survey/

9. Once it's done, click Back and check if all information has been saved.
