Estimating Number of Boxes to Make Up

MONTHLY BEER CLUB

Each month on the 25th of the month packs need to be made up. While the beers have already been ordered the ordering process allows for extra stock, so the first step is to make up cardboard boxes based on estimated number of packs required. To do this follow these steps.

Once the following steps have been complete enter the pack numbers into the Beer Club Packing Template

Estimating Number of Packs / Boxes Required

1. Log into website back end with admin log ins

2. Go to Apps > Custom Controls > Beer Club Subscriptions

3. The select the following filters for each beer club type (do one at a time), ensure you click the "Clear Filter" button in between each pack type filter being run:

The Starter (Half Dozen)

1. Select the following filters "PTBM" + "The Starter" (6 Pack) + "Active" Status

2. Click Filter

3. Look at the Number listed above the table of subscriptions, e.g. "Subscriptions 1 - 10 of 207". This means there are 207 Active Starter Subscriptions.

4. Add a few more on based on the date you are running the filter to allow for additional sales for the remaining days of the month. E.g for the example above it would be advisable to make up 210 boxes.

The Enthusiast (Dozen)

1. Select the following filters "PTBM" + "The Enthusiast (12 Pack)" + "Active" Status

2. Click Filter

3. Look at the Number listed above the table of subscriptions, e.g. "Subscriptions 1 - 10 of 114". This means there are 114 Active Enthusiast Subscriptions.

4. Add a few more on based on the date you are running the filter to allow for additional sales for the remaining days of the month. E.g for the example above it would be advisable to make up 117 boxes.

The Crowd Pleaser (24 Pack)

1. Select the following filters "PTBM" + "The Crowd Pleaser (24 Pack)" + "Active" Status

2. Click Filter

3. Look at the Number listed above the table of subscriptions, e.g. "Subscriptions 1 - 8 of 8". This means there are 8 Active Crowd Pleaser Subscriptions.

4. Add a couple more on based on the date you are running the filter to allow for additional sales for the remaining days of the month. E.g for the example above it would be advisable to make up 10 boxes.

QUARTERLY BEER CLUB

Each quarter (Jan / Apr / July / Oct) on the 15th of the month packs need to be made up. While the beers have already been ordered the ordering process allows for extra stock, so the first step is to make up cardboard boxes based on estimated number of packs required. To do this follow these steps.

The Crowd Pleaser (24 Pack)

1. Select the following filters "PTBQ" + "Active" Status

2. Click Filter

3. Look at the Number listed above the table of subscriptions, e.g. "Subscriptions 1 - 10 of 12". This means there are 12 Active Expert Pack Quarterly Subscriptions.

4. On the 15th of each quarter the subscriptions for that quarter will have "closed" off on the last day of the previous month, therefore the number shown is the exact number of packs that need to be made up for that quarter. There is no need to add any "spare" subscriptions on for that quarter.
