To be set up as a vendor with BevChain please follow the below process:

- fill out this form (New to Coles Liquor Supplier Registration to Paperless Warehousing

(BevChain)) and send it to [email protected]

- One a confirmation is received from [email protected] on the vendor setup,

please call BevChain 1300 238 265 with your username. BevChain will add the user to the

vendor.

Delivery instructions

Please see the Coles Liquor Supply Standards for instructions and requirements of palletisation and

deliveries.

The essentials however:

- Pallets must not exceed 1.6m in height

- Invoices are to be carried with the delivery

- I recommend providing the carrier with a copy of the booking confirmation (can be in email

format) to reduce the likelihood of any issues at the DC

Coles Supplier Portal Access (not compulsory however contains info such as DC SOH,

promotional forecasts, and average demand for each DC)

Initial Access to supplier portal – click the Register button top right of the portal:

Once the form is completed the Coles Supermarkets Supplier Relationships

[email protected] will receive a request and register the supplier.
