This page describes how to check if an In-Store Pickup order is ready for the customer to pickup at the Beer Cartel store. This is only for Beer Cartel.
Process:
Copy Order Number from Reamaze subject line or invoice trail on the customer's email enquiry
Search on BigCommerce
Check Status column: Should indicate "Awaiting Pickup"
Awaiting Pickup status is switched once the warehouse staff has readily packed the order
Note that the 48-hour timeframe is to anticipate Friday/Weekend orders which crossover regular operations
In cases where customers request if they could pickup their order:
Check the items on the order if they are all available (click the hyperlinks in the order items)
If all available, notify Marc or Conor if they could be available for pickup for the day (typically afternoon)
Inform the customer accordingly based on Marc's or Conor's advise
