We do not offer Beer Club subscriptions in store - these must be completed online via the front-end of the website.
In the rare instance that a beer club order cannot be placed by the customer (e.g. customer order via email or is having difficulty placing order online) this can be done manually via the front-end of the website.This is a requirement so that the order is then picked up and automatically entered into the Beer Club app.
Do not put any beer club orders through the back-end of the website. For any incomplete orders these cannot be processed manually via Eway as the data WILL NOT then integrate with the Beer club app.

NOTE:
- Beer Club memberships all operate as “purchase this month for receipt of the following month/quarter.” We do not start memberships with the current month for a number of reasons (stock control, membership database, systematic process). This saves any confusion of when memberships start. If they are in store and want the current pack then just refer to the above point and process as a normal store transaction
