Beer Subscription Fillable PDF Gift Cards

Due to Big Commerce not easily allowing for gift cards to be sent with an order and the fact that we do not include a gift card with the first pack of a beer subscription the alternative for customers is to download a PDF gift card.

This PDF gift card is created so as to allow customers to type in a message and then print or email the gift card to give the recipient.

To create a fillable gift card follow these steps

1. Create the gift card in PowerPoint

2. Save the gift card as a PDF

3. Go to PDF Escape and either create an account or use the existing account saved in Last Pass

4. Upload the PDF document you have created.

5. Add the editable Form Field where you like on in the document, suggested to use the "paragraph" type.

6. Edit the text type that will be used in the box, i.e. font and font size.

7. Add any prompting message e.g. "type your gift card message here"

8. Save and download the PDF in PDFescape.

NOTE the document will only be saved for about a week. After which time you will have to recreate the document if you make any changes.
