ALL changes to Addresses and Customer details need to be made in the App. This is the central database for All beer club details. Do not make changes to details in the Big Commerce Native Order area.
The Beer Club App is the central place to make changes for beer club subscriptions as we have legacy subscriptions in there which were migrated over from the old website, for which we do not have an "order" as such in Big Commerce. As result we centrally make all beer club changes in the App.
The Beer Club App is also be the area from which monthly exports are done for shipping beer club packs each month.
The Big Commerce native order area does not write back to the App, but the App does write back to the Native orders area (except for old ePages website orders which do not "exist" as an order in the new Big Commerce native order area).
If in doubt have the person email their updated details to [email protected] and the person in charge of Beer Clubs an manage it for them.
