From time to time we receive online enquiries for printed glassware, as we are not set up for this we have started a relationship with a printing company to outsource this too.

Petch Printing is based in Albury NSW, and while not Sydney based they have similar glassware stock (via Phillip Lazarus) and provide pricing on their website for ease of reference.

The partnership works as follows:

- For ease of pricing / logistics we price on the beer glasses they have cross over for our range (although if a large enough order came in they could do basically anything from the Phillip Lazarus catalogue)

- The beer glasses and pricing can be found on their website http://www.petchprinting.com.au/Glasses2010/Beer.html

- They are willing to offer us a 15% discount on the listed price.

- When working out the pricing to provide a customer enquiry provide their price (adding on GST and a set up costs of $60) and then add on another 15%. This means we will then aim for approx 30% margin on the transaction. For example:

Libbey 1L Super Mug on 216 units is listed as $13.52.

$13.52 x 216 (quantity) x 1.1 (GST) = $3212.35

Plus set up fee of $60 = $3272.35

Plus our 15% mark up = $3272.35 x 1.15 = $3763.20

Unit price is 3763.20 / 216 = $17.42

- All logistics is then handled by Petch Printing directly so as to avoid multiple freight costs and make process easier. We simply facilitate the order. They can deliver Australia Wide via Star Track and have facilities for boxes / skids / pallets. Just ensure to check what the end recipient is able to accept / if they have a forklift etc.

- Do not mention to customer that we outsource this unless asked.

When quoting a job provide an email as follows, quoting the unit price.

216 units $17.40 per glass

252 units $16.90 per glass

350 units $16.60 per glass

If you would like to go ahead, please provide delivery address for quotation and if forklift is available at destination. Also time frame in which you require these.

Please note that the 1L beer steins often begin to sell out nationwide as we lead into Fathers Day and Oktoberfest.
